Mr. Ng Ede Phang, co-founder & Group CEO

Ede Phang was the co-founder and former CEO of Mediaring. He played a key role in charting Mediaring business direction as well as its product design and development. Under his leadership, Mediaring expanded its market reach aggressively beyond Singapore to US, London, Bejing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei and Tokyo. Mediaring was ranked 20th by Deloitte Touche in the list of 500 fastest growing high tech companies in the Asia Pacific for 1999-2001.

Ede phang was instrumental in the company IPO in 1999. At its peak, Mediaring has a market capitalization of about S$1.4 billion. Prior to joining Mediaring, Ede Phang was the Regional Director of Ingram Micro Inc, the world's largest wholesale distributor of technology products with annual sales in excess of U$12 billion, where he was responsible for strategic acquisitions and operations in Asia Pacific.

Earlier in his career, Ede Phang was the Vice President of Transpac Capital, responsible for its direct investment in Indonesia. Ede Phang graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with High Honour and Distinction from University of Wisconsin, Madison and a MBA from University of Chicago.

Mr. Yang Jian Feng, co-founder & CEO

China Jian Feng was the co-founder and General Manager of Xiankai who was a leading supplier of PC management and maintenance software and tools to the PC market and PC OEMs in China.

Before Xiankai, Jian Feng was the Chief Representative of Mediaring for China, responsible for sales, marketing and OEM relationship in China. Prior to joining Mediaring, Jian Feng was the Sales Manager of Stone Rich Sight and became the Director of Sales for China of Sina after the merger of Stone RichSight and Sina.

In Stone RichSight & Sina, Jian Feng was instrumental in growing rapidly the software revenue of Stone Rich Sight and Sina, making Sina the number One brand in China. JianFeng graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Applied Physics from National university of Defence Technology.
