Mr. Ng Kai Wa, Non-executive Director

Mr. Ng Kai Wa is the Chairman, CEO and co-founder of InnoMedia where he directs the company's strategy, growth, and business partnerships. With Kai Wa's outstanding reputation and exceptional success in the PC and Internet industry, he helped the privately held company close a US$119.5 million round of financing.

Prior to InnoMedia, Kai Wa was co-founder and chief technical officer of Creative Technology Ltd. where he was responsible for research and product development, including the highly successful "Sound Blaster" - the world's most popular sound card which has sold more than 100 million to date.

He is a board member of the Media Corporation of Singapore. Kai Wa holds a Diploma in electronic and electrical engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and an Executive M.B.A. from the National University of Singapore.

Mr. Lee Kheng Nam, Non-executive Director

Mr. Lee is currently the Chairman of Advantec Pte Ltd, an investment holding company.

From March 1995 to February 2004, Mr Lee was the President of Vertex Management Pte Ltd and executive director of Vertex Venture Holdings Ltd, which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd engaged in the venture capital direct investment and fund management business.

Mr. Lee is a director of a number of private and public corporations, including Creative Technology Ltd and United Test Assembly and Centre Ltd, and had served as a Director of several other public corporations engaged in the technology and telecommunication sectors including Centillium Communications Inc, Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd, GRIC Communications Inc., Gemplus International S.A. and ActivCard Corp.

Prior to joining ST, Mr. Lee was with NatSteel group as the Manager of the Project Development Department and the Ministry of National Development where he was Deputy Director of Planning. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Degree (First Class Honors) from Queen's University, Canada and a Master of Science degree in Operations Research & Systems Analysis from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.
